All mats and props will be provided at Calm.
Please arrive a few minutes before class to let yourself ground & settle in for practice.

About Eva

With her gentle wisdom and vast experience, Eva loves to support her students with nourishing practices to promote a felt-sense of well-being and relaxation.
Eva is a Canadian Yoga Educator specializing in the soft, supported practices of yin and restorative yoga. She completed her initial yoga training when she was just 17 and has been teaching full time since 2008.
Her journey in yoga has continued ever since, as she's completed over 1000-hrs of teacher training and instructed over 8000-hrs of classes. Eva now primarily offers international yoga teacher trainings, specialized workshops, and retreats.
Eva’s delicate approach is combined with an in-depth understanding of anatomy, the mind-body connection, and intricate workings of the human nervous system, all anchored in reverence for yoga as an ancient wisdom tradition.
Her weekly classes will draw on the yoga modalities which her energy is most know for - integrating introspective yin yoga, gentle therapeutic flow, self-massage techniques and soothing restorative yoga.
