Root to Rise Yoga Mentorship

Welcome to the Root to Rise Yoga Mentorship with Eva! Through 16 weeks of side-by-side work, we will share a nurturing series of three 1-on-1 calls, plus eight live group workshops with a supportive collective of teachers journeying alongside you. You'll also receive a rich library of self-written resources on everything - from yoga biz foundations (systems, pricing, and marketing), designing beautiful signature offerings (like workshops, retreats, memberships, private services, and more...), teaching techniques (anatomy & philosophy deep dives, class planning tools, dealing with overwhelm and appropriation, creating safe boundaries...), and a collection of ready made templates for making everything as efficient and ease-full as possible. With lots of gentle self reflection and intentionally weekly actions, I'll guide you through the process of getting clear with your message and path, building your own gorgeous website, launching a unique offering, and elevating your confidence - fully stepping into the wise and beautiful teacher you already are! ​
