Vinyasa yoga evokes a healing flow state as we smoothly & dynamically transition between poses with our breath. Unfortunately, sometimes these connective movements become rushed & injuries in vinyasa flow are increasingly frequent. Yoga should heal, not hurt.

This program will explore vinyasa-based sequences designed to balance the body physically, honor & support the natural function of our joints & build a sustainable practice.
