In-person sessions are offered at a private location near Haymarket/Fountainbridge. All mats and props will be provided. You will automatically receive a zoom link for this offering, but can choose to practice in-person or online, whatever you prefer. You can schedule in your first session at booking and we'll communicate to plan your next two classes.
