Online Yoga Education:

Cancelation Policy

 

Online YTT's + Mentorship

 

If you have registered for an online yin or restorative yoga teacher training or mentorship program that you can no longer attend:

 

• One month before online trainings, students who need to cancel their booking for a scheduled course have the option to transfer their registration to another future online course.

​

• In order to transfer your registration to other course dates, please inform Eva as soon as possible. Upon confirmation, you will be allowed to transfer your tuition payment to another course within 12-months of your original booking. This transfer is allowed one time per student. If you are unable to rebook within 12-months of your original course dates, you are entitled to a fifty percent refund.

 

• Tuition is non-refundable after the start of the program.

 

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies) causing a student to leave a training, payment may be transferred to another teacher training program held within 12 months.

If for any reason the course facilitator is unable to run a training course as scheduled: 

 

• In this unlikely event, all students are entitled to transfer their bookings to another date or receive a full refund of their tuition payments

Online Memberships Cancelation

 

If you wish to cancel your Monthly Membership Subscription, you may do so at any time by visiting www.eva.yoga/account/my-subscriptions

If you have purchased an annual membership, please note that this is non-refundable, but you may cancel future recurring annual payments at www.eva.yoga/account/my-subscriptions

Private Class Cancelations

If you need to cancel a private class booking (one-on-one or group booking) please inform Eva within 24-hrs of the start time of our session. Failure to notify within this time will result in being fully charged for the session.
